Louis Mustillo

Bio

Buffalo, New York-born and New York City-based Louis Mustillo is an American Academy of Dramatic Arts graduate and an in-demand actor and playwright. He’s found steady work in films (“Corrina, Corrina,” “The Peacemaker”) and on many TV dramas and sitcoms including “Cooper’s Bar,” “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” and “Mike & Molly.” Mustillo also appeared for two seasons on Dreamworks' first hour-long drama, “High Incident,” executive produced by Steven Spielberg. And he had a memorable recurring role on “The Sopranos” as Tony Soprano's gardener, Sal Vitro.

A talented playwright, his first one-man show, Circumstances, premiered Off-Broadway at the Susan Bloch Theatre. Mustillo, the son of a lifetime bartender, worked as a bartender himself until he was able to pay his way as an actor. This fueled the play Bartenders, a tribute to career bartenders like his father that Mustillo both wrote and performed.

In his free time, Mustillo is a Shotokan Karate black belt who also enjoys painting and collecting vintage antiques.
