Bio

Lauren Sharpe is a multi-disciplinary performing artist and educator. She is an alumni ensemble member of The New York Neo-Futurists, having written for and performed in their long-running show, Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind and the critically-acclaimed The Complete and Condensed Stage Directions of Eugene O'Neill (Arena Stage, Barrow Street). She is a frequent collaborator with Trusty Sidekick Theater (Scurry and Jem & Stonie) and The UP CLOSE Festival, an immersive theater work for families (The New Ohio). Film/TV credits include Boardwalk Empire, Bored to Death, Law & Order SVU, and Bull. She is a Teaching Artist with The New Victory Theater and The New York City Ballet.
