Jayne Houdyshell has worked extensively in regional theaters across the country, as well as on Broadway and Off-Broadway. She will soon be appearing with Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster in the upcoming Broadway production of The Music Man. She is a proud two-time OBIE Award winner, received two Drama Desk Awards, and four Tony nominations. In 2016, Jayne won a Tony Award for her portrayal of Deirdre Blake in The Humans. She reprised that role in Stephen Karam’s soon to be released film adaptation of The Humans. Other film credits include Little Women, The Chaperone, Downsizing, Everybody’s Fine, and Garden State. She can also be seen in episodes of Only Murders in the Building, The Good Fight, Evil, and Law and Order SVU.
